Regional Sales and Marketing Manager/ Application Engineering


Challenging and exciting opportunity with a major pneumatic valve manufacturer based in NJ as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager. We're seeking a highly motivated, self-directed experienced individual to support and grow our sales. Prime responsibilities include developing new and existing business by working closely with our distributor network and end customers particularly in Europe. Provide technical and commercial support through distributor training and application engineering.

Required Skills and Experience for the Sales & Marketing Manager:

  • 5 or more years of sales experience in industrial sales
  • B.S. required, Engineering degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems
  • Experience selling to engineering and distribution teams
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • International sales experience (including travel)
  • Computer experience and proficiency with MS Office (PP, Excel, Word and Outlook) and CRS programs (Goldmine preferred)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 18 weeks (M-F) a year
  • Second language a plus


  • Electro-Mechanical Product Engineer

    We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to design, lead, and support the existing products as well as the development of new products.
    Hands on experience in Electrical and Mechanical principles required.
    Project leadership includes test and development of electrical components for pneumatic valves.

    Designing products to industry and agency (UL, CSA and European) standards.
    Preparing reports to document the results of design studies, trade studies, failure analyses, and test programs.
    Evaluating field problems and recommend design changes.
    Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and troubleshooting production problems.
    Work with other departments to coordinate design and engineering documentation releases.
    Manage projects and be responsible for project schedules and ensuring deadlines are always met.
    Explore new avenues to expedite time to market and improve the New Product Development process.

    Required Skills and Experience for the Electro-Mechanical Product Engineer:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
    2. 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing electromagnetic solenoids (for valves a big plus).
    3. Working knowledge of 3D CAD systems.
    4. Working knowledge of simulation software such as ANSOFT or others.
    5. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities.


    CAD Administrator

    Required Skills and Experience for the CAD Administrator:

    CAD User - 2 years (current) - CAD main focus, not design
    CAD Administration - 2 years (current)
    CREO 18, Solid Designer, CoCreate (If you are an expert in ProE of Solid Works you can pick up CREO quickly)

    Machine Shop / Manufacturing Positions Available

    We are a progressive company looking for people who are team players, willing to work where needed.

    CNC Milling Setup / Operator

    Prime responsibilities include the setup and operation of multi-axis Mori-Seki and Haas CNC vertical machining centers (preferably with 4th axis). Prior experience with these machines is mandatory. Must be able to read blueprints and are capable of doing first article inspection. You will be required to do multiple setups each day, including adjusting tool lengths and fixture offsets as necessary. When operating you will be required to assemble and preset tooling for subsequent operations during automated cycles to reduce machine downtime. Experience machining stainless steel and aluminum is required. Practical knowledge of math, geometry and trigonometry required. Programming experiences a plus.

    CNC Lathe Setup / Operator - Fulltime 2nd shift

    Prime responsibilities include setup and operation of CNC Lathe and Swiss machines. Prior experience with Mori Seiki and Okuma is mandatory. Must have experience with Swiss machine, Star preferred. Must be able to read blueprints and is capable of doing first article inspection.     Finishing Operator

    Experience polishing, deburring and spray painting are a plus.

    Machine Operator, Material Handler

    Cutting and preparing blanks from bar stock. Forklift license required.

    Inspector

    Experience with mechanical and visual inspection of machined components required.

    Assembler, Mechanical

    Experience with pneumatic valve assembly and testing are required.
