As Technical Sales Manager, Aart Vos, defines Customer Service in the broadest sense of the word. His customers are based in Europe, the Middle-East (including India), and Africa, and are mainly active in the oil and gas business. Aart works out of Versa’s office in the Netherlands and is fluent in Dutch, English, and German.  

He is proud of his over two decades of working for Versa, of which the first six were in the Apeldoorn factory as Inside Sales Engineer. During this time, Aart helped develop a customer service process, including recommendations and pricing, for direct accounts in areas where there were no distributors.

Aart is a trained mechanical engineer. Prior to working for Versa, he held the position of Assistant Product Manager at Georg Fisher WAGA NV, producer of cupling for water and gas mains.

He is happily married and the proud father of three children. He likes gardening, keeping chickens, and has an interest in oldtimer farm tractors.
