Jeff drives Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all aspects of our manufacturing operation. His specialty is improving Quality and Productivity in all aspects of Plant operations utilizing Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
He has been grounded in operational excellence since beginning his career with Frito-Lay, Quaker Oats and Borden Snacks. He’s also provided guidance to a diverse set of industries through his work with the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) and the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP).
He has facilitated over 100 Kaizen events including Value Stream Mapping, Pull/Kanban systems, 5S, Set-up Reduction, Office lean, Plant layouts and the setting up of performance metrics. He has worked with companies ranging in size up to $150 MM in revenue, working with all levels of the organization from the plant floor to the C level of management.
Jeff has a BS in Accounting from Penn State and lives in eastern Pennsylvania with his wife, although he often comes close to the Florida-Georgia Line.
