As Versa’s Human Resource Manager, Toni Shostak is focused on building and cultivating a productive and harmonious team. Her primary interests are the development of people for the benefit of the individual as well as the company, management of employees, recruitment, benefits, compensation, performance evaluations, leadership development, succession planning, and employee counseling. In this role, she has created, implemented, and managed improved HR strategies in support of business goals. In her words, “our employees are our greatest asset.”

Prior to joining Versa, Toni was Senior Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager for Petrie Stores Corp, and Business Manager for GGA Engineering

She earned a BA in Communications, Arts and Sciences from Queens College, is a member of Advisa Leadership Academy, as well as SHRM.

Toni loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, gardening, and sports.
