Key Features
VERSA’s Transitional Reliability Packages are designed to enhance valve performance and extend service life in challenging pneumatic environments. Each package combines engineered components and proven materials to protect against wear, contamination, and operating inconsistencies—ensuring dependable valve actuation and reduced downtime.
Filtration
AR-316 stainless steel filter/regulators available in 25, 5, or 40-micron options provide clean, dry air for optimal valve operation.
Dust & Moisture Protection
Dust excluders (-DE) and IP65-rated vents (-DD, -DG) protect exhaust ports from dust and moisture intrusion.
Solenoid Protection
Moisture-resistant coils and the D14 nut guard shield solenoids from contaminants and environmental exposure.
Valve Reliability Packages
Custom options for seals, plating, lubrication, and strong return springs enhance durability and reduce wear.
Power Shift Package
Dual-piston design and super-strong return springs deliver higher shift force for reliable performance in low-cycle or harsh conditions.
