The updated compact design provides greater installation flexibility while maintaining the same trusted performance. The ¼” DE-3 dust excluders now offer interference-free fit on all ¼” valve series without requiring additional fittings or extensions.

VERSA Simplifies the C8P Operators Series with Enhanced IP67 Protection!

All models now come with an IP67 rating. This upgrade delivers superior protection, ensuring complete defense against dust and water immersion.

The IP67 rating makes the C8P Operators Series an excellent choice for industries like agriculture, construction, and mining, where rugged environments and high-pressure washdowns are the norm. With this improvement, your equipment can perform reliably, even in the toughest conditions.

This enhancement applies to C8P Operators equipped with DIN 43650 Type B / Form B Industrial connectors (not included) with equivalent ratings.

Standardized Mounting Interfaces Built for Speed, Compatibility, and Control 

VERSA now offers ISO 5599-compliant mounting plates, designed to streamline valve integration, eliminate custom brackets, and support seamless automation.

Our ISO 1 and ISO 2 plates are precision-fit for the C7 valve series, while a new valve body with C9 internals ensures compatibility with ISO 3. These plates provide a universal fit, quick installation, and precise valve-actuator alignment.

VERSA introduces a new electrical operator meeting hazardous locations requirements for Class I, Div I groups A & B.

The XC8 Solenoid is the latest addition to VERSA's line of electrical operators, meeting hazardous locations requirements for Class I, Div I groups A & B. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°F to 140°F, the XC8 Solenoid is perfect for use in extreme conditions. This compact solenoid, with its engineered polymer housing and 36” wire leads, is Class H and rated for continuous duty. It has a standard ingress protection rating of IP67, making it suitable for various industries such as oil and gas, chemical, and power.

The XC8 Solenoid is available on C- Aluminum, B-316, C-316, E5SM, V&T, and V-316 Series Valves.

Rob Healey Promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO); Gus Badia Expands Role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

We’re pleased to announce that our C5 NAMUR and C7 Side-Ported Valves now feature an upgraded maximum pressure rating of 150 psi, up from the previous 115 psi (8 bar). This enhancement expands the versatility of these valves, allowing them to support a wider range of applications when paired with a solenoid rated for 150 psi (10.3 bar) or higher.

We are excited to announce that the VERSA Modular Air Package (VMAP), an advanced and compact air management system primed to elevate the actuator control industry, is now available in 28 standard model configurations. The VMAP integrates essential pneumatic components such as filter/regulators and directional control valves into a seamless assembly.
Built on the field-proven V-316 Series by VERSA, the VMAP offers a wide range of options and configurations. Its innovative design simplifies the assembly process, resulting in a smaller, lighter package that reduces leak points, fittings, tubing, labor, and installation costs.
In addition to the standard models, VERSA provides custom build options to tailor solutions to specific application needs.

October 15-17, we had the pleasure of hosting sales teams from our partner distributors: IFP Motion Solutions Inc., Doedijns B.V., Terry Ferraris and LES AUTOMATISMES APPLIQUES - LAA FRANCE at our facilities in Paramus, New Jersey for engaging classes and hands-on training. 
Exciting activities were planned, including a fun night out in NYC! Since relaunching VERSA School earlier this year, the feedback has been incredibly positive. Thank you to everyone for being a part of this journey! Looking forward to our next session in 2025!

As part of our 75th-anniversary celebration, VERSA is reaching out to those in need. We are proud to have participated in serving a meal at Eva's Village as part of our ongoing efforts to make a difference in our communities. Recently, 12 VERSA employees represented our company, offering a helping hand and directly impacting the lives of those who rely on Eva's Village for nourishment and support. We remain committed to giving back and supporting our community, and we couldn't be prouder of our team's efforts!  

VERSA presented our latest innovations at the IVS exhibition in Bergamo, Italy on May 15-16. This year's event, broke previous records with a higher number of visitors and exhibitors. Visitors to our booth had the chance to engage with the VERSA team, meet our esteemed Italian distributor Terry Ferraris, and discover our reliable solutions for real-world applications.
